About the Plan
Special Education Local Plan Areas (SELPAs) must ensure a continuum of program options to meet the needs of students with disabilities for special education and related services. This is addressed in each SELPA's Local Plan.

Did you know...
The Fresno County SELPA will compile the Local Plan (which includes the Annual Budget Plan and the Annual Service Plan) for all Member LEAs that are using the Everest Financial System. The information will be sent to each contact to confirm or revise the amounts.
Once confirmed, the Public Hearing Notice of the plans will be sent to SELPA Operations committee members to post at each school for not less than 15 days prior to the approval meeting.
