Policies, Procedures, and Programs

Pursuant to California Education Code (EC) sections 56122 and 56205(a), the SELPA ensures conformity with Title 20 United States Code (USC) and in accordance with Title 34 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Section 300.201 and has in effect policies, procedures, and programs.

For each of the following areas, each SELPA must identify whether or not each of the following provisions of law are adopted as stated. If the policy is not adopted as stated, the SELPA must briefly describe the SELPA's policy for the given area. In all cases, each SELPA must provide its policy and procedure numbers, the document title, and the physical location where the policy can be found.
